We, the owners, personally greet all of our guests upon arrival - whatever the day and whatever the time. Unlike other accommodation owners in Andalucia, we do not send a representative or a neighbour to meet our guests, nor do we expect guests to have to forage around in the under-growth, perhaps in the dark, trying to find a set of keys to their holiday accommodation.

Upon your arrival at your accommodation in Andalucia we take the time to show guests around, demonstrate and explain how features of the accommodation function.

Clearly if you are arriving late evening we will show you how the essential facilities of your accommodation are operated, and agree a mutually convenient time to call back the following morning - perhaps after your long awaited lie in or morning dip in your private swimming pool.

Upon the day of your departure, again regardless of the day and the time we will come to wish you a safe journey home and thank you for staying in our holiday accommodation.
