In this section of the website we provide answers to some frequently asked questions relating to our holidays and holiday accommodation in Andalucia:
Are there set days of arrival and departure? No, though in order to prepare our holiday accommodations for guests we ask that guests arrive at the accommodation after 16:00 hrs on their day of arrival and vacate the accommodation before 10:30 hrs on their day of departure. Can I book the holiday or an activity as a surprise for a friend? Yes, we only send email communications relating to the booking of our holiday accommodations and holiday leisure activities to the person who sent the initial enquiry. When do I need to book leisure activities? Though some activities can be arranged during the course of your holiday some holiday leisure activities must be booked prior to your holiday in Andalucia. We recommend that any leisure activities which you, or a member of your party, wish to enjoy are booked at the time of booking your holiday in Andalucia. When and how do I pay for the holiday? Guests are required to pay, in Euros, a 50% deposit at the time of booking their holiday and then pay the balance at least 8 weeks prior to the holiday. We offer guests the choice of paying either by Bank Transfer or paying by Credit Card on-line using PayPal. Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge, of 3.5% - which is equivalent to the amount we are charged for accepting payment via PayPal. How can I be sure my money is safe? Using your Credit Card to pay on-line via PayPal ensures that you money is safe. Though we accept payment by PayPal, we do make a surcharge of 3.5% - which is equivalent to the amount we are charged for accepting payment via PayPal. Do I need holiday insurance? We recommend that all of our guests have sufficient and appropriate travel and holiday insurance. Will the price of the holiday accommodation change? We guarantee that once the required amount of deposit has been received the price of your holiday accommodation will not increase. What happens if I need to cancel my holiday? In the event of needing to cancel a holiday please see our Terms & Conditions. Are towels and linen provided? We provide towels for the bathroom and kitchen. We also provide linen. We DO NOT provide beach/pool towels. We have friends who are staying elsewhere, can our friends come and stay a few nights? We do not permit individuals or groups other than the members of the agreed party of guests to access any of services provided either directly or indirectly to our guests, without prior consent being requested and given. Guests who wish to invite friends to stay overnight in our holiday accommodation must inform us of the number of additional guests and the number of nights that their friends will be staying. We will levy a charge for the additional number of guests and nights. Can I/we bring my/our pet(s)? Sorry we do not permit pets in any of part of our holiday accommodations. Will my mobile telephone work? Yes, though the amount of coverage is dependent upon which mobile telephone provider you are with. Do not forget to bring your mobile phone charger with you.
